Cancellation Policy

• cancellations are free of charge up to 5 months before arrival
• in case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to avoid cancellation costs in case of unforeseen circumstances.

 

Tourist Tax

The tourist tax is charged separately and amounts to 2.50 € per person per day (from 14 years of age).

 

Booking Confirmation

To confirm your booking, we kindly ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount.
The reservation becomes binding only after receipt of the deposit.
The deposit can be transferred to the following bank account:

 

Payment

We accept payments in cash, bank transfer and cheque.
We kindly ask guests to settle the remaining balance on site before departure.
