Traditional & Sustainable

Our Farm

Oberhölzlhof has a long tradition that you can still feel today. Over generations, our farm has grown into what it is now: a lively farm with agriculture, animals and holiday apartments.

With respect for nature and without forgetting our roots, we continue to develop our farm with care and passion.

Pörnbacher Family

At Oberhölzlhof, the whole family lends a hand. Dietmar takes care of the animals and farming. Roswitha looks after the house, garden and apartments and ensures that guests feel at home. Their son Alex helps wherever needed.

We are happy to share life on the farm with you and look forward to your visit.

Our Animals and Farm Products

Homemade Goodness from Our Farm

Fresh from Field and Stable

Crunchy vegetables and sweet fruit such as apricots, apples and currants: during summer, nature provides us with many healthy treats. We also grow the famous “Puschtra potatoes”. Our own meat is refined into traditional speck and Kaminwurzen sausages.

Clucking, Grunting and Purring

There is always something happening on our farm. Free-range chickens provide fresh eggs, while cats and rabbits enjoy being cuddled. Our cows and pigs live comfortably in a modern stable with outdoor access.

Would you like to help out yourself? You are welcome to join us during stable work or haymaking.

Moo, We Feel Great Here!

The wellbeing of our animals is very important to us. Our calves and cows live in species-appropriate suckler cow farming with plenty of space, healthy food and daily care. Our farm meat is also available at the Meatery butcher shop in Mitterolang.
